Powered by Google, coded by Hoà at Visuamobile, gNotes is the perfect companion to take notes and sync them easily on the go.
Syncing notes has never been that easy. All you need is a gMail account and you’re done.
You can seamlessly sync notes between your computer (Mac or PC) by using the Google Notebook Web application and your iPhone or iPod Touch without doing any complicated manipulations on the iPhone.
Features:
- Create, edit, delete, re-order notes easily
- Organize notes into folders
- Two way fast syncing between your iPhone and your laptop/desktop (PC or Mac : http://www.google.com/notebook) without any extra software
- Secured note solution: Powered by Google, no privacy issue
A shopping list, one of your brilliant ideas or a classic to do list, from your computer or your iPhone, gNotes takes good care of it and makes sure that your notes are available wherever and whenever you are.

You can get it from the iTunes AppStore.
I couldn’t figure out if this application allows the user to store the notes I’m order to view them offline.
Maybe you can answer me.

Hello,
This app allows you to edit your notes offline.
You have to sync first with google notebook (by opening the application when you are connected).

This application is awsome. Exactly what I was looking for. I am an Ubuntu Linux user… with this application I have a sync of my notes in my ipod touch. That was the syncing app missing… because I can already sync my calendar & contacts with google, automatically when I write an appoinment or add a contact in my iPod. Now I am complete with gNotes. Excelent!

If I make a section in Google Notebook and pull it up on the iPhone I will not be able to move an item from one section to another. If I make a new note, it goes to the very bottom of the list (becomes a part of the last section).

Unfortunately, this is a limitation of the iPhone SDK. We’ll see if iPhone 3.0 is less buggy and if we can move notes from one section to an other.

Can you make it an option so if you create a new note, but hit the back button before typing anything (or just check if its blank) to not save the note?

Just one thing I noticed, when you hit the refresh icon on the screen, it only refreshes the content on that screen. If you have multiple folders, you have to go into each folder to refresh the notes to make sure they are being synced properly.

great app, i love mobile apps that integrate to my Google tools.
I’m with tehkubix.. Are there plans to improve section supports so that new notes can be added to a specific section? And ability to move a note between sections. Thanks!
